Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division South club Gosport Borough have announced the signings of Ibra Sekajja, Jake Cope and Josh Cotton.
Sekajja agreed to join Boro from Vanarama National League side Havant & Waterlooville for the rest of the season.

Born in Uganda, he was first noticed by a scout from Crystal Palace.

Sekajja made his professional debut for Palace in April 2011 against Hull City and scored a late 88th-minute equaliser with his first touch.

He was loaned to Kettering Town and Bromley midway through the 2011/12 season, to gain first-team experience.

MK Dons then signed Sekajja on loan in November 2012 and the following January he joined Barnet on loan.

Sekajja returned to Palace but failed to feature again in the first-team and was eventually released in May 2014.

After a successful two-week trial, Sekajja signed for Scottish Premiership club Inverness Caledonian Thistle in October 2014 and the following January 2015, joined Scottish Championship club Livingston.

Following spells with Braintree Town and Hemel Hempstead Town during the 2015/16 season, Sekajja joined Dulwich Hamlet.

He finished his first season at the club scoring 17 goals in all competitions before joining Bognor Regis Town for 2017/18.

He joined Havant last summer.

The club has also confirmed the signing of winger Jake Cope on loan from Premier League side AFC Bournemouth and highly-rated goalkeeper Josh Cotton from Southern League Division One South neighbours AFC Totton - both for the rest of the season.

Cope has been with the Cherries for four years.

He was previously with Portsmouth.

Cotton was originally on a scholarship at National League club Eastleigh.

He continued his development and dual signed with Sydenhams Football League (Wessex) outfit Hamble FC and last season proved his talent by picking up the player of the year award at Whitchurch United before signing for the Stags this season.
