The only game in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division South on Tuesday night saw Beaconsfield Town end Kings Langley`s run of four successive wins with a 4-2 success at Holloways Park.
It took just 6 minutes for the Rams to take the lead when good work from an impressive Bajram Pashaj finished with Lewis Stead firing home.
The two goals in 4 minutes just after the half-hour mark put the home side firmly in command.
After a first-time ball was pumped into the box, Brendan Matthew beat visiting `keeper Alex Tokaczyk to head home.
And then Pashaj, out wide, dribbled past three defenders before finding the back of the net.
Kings got themselves a lifeline right on the stroke of half-time when, following a quick throw-in, Luke Wade-Slater headed past Ravan Constable to make it 1-3 at the break.
Six minutes into the second half, Beaconsfield restored their three-goal cushion when, following a barrage of shots being blocked, Pashaj took a touch and with a deft curling shot made it 4-1.
The visitors managed to pull a second back on 67 minutes when Mitchell Weiss controlled a long ball before beating Constable.
