Like their other victory this season at home to Shortwood United, it saw them score four unanswered goals.
The visitors started the opening 15 minutes well testing the Cleeve defence with a couple of early chances however Cleeve grew into the match and started to pressure the Mangotsfield defence.
Ieuan Crowe headed home a corner midway through the first half to give the hosts the lead.
Cleeve doubled their advantage quickly after the restart when Crowe flicked the ball on to Harrison Iddles who calmly slotted past the goalkeeper for his first league goal for the Mitres.
Cleeve were awarded a penalty five minutes later when Joe Bates was brought down by Ed Weeks off the ball and the forward brushed himself down to convert the penalty.
Jack Watts, who turned down a move to Slimbridge last week, then hit a 25 yard stunner to finish the scoring.
